I have fished Namakagon a couple of times but both times were in mid October. We found muskies all over the lake. I caught a nice one near the shore back in 2017. We had a couple of people catch nices ones in front of the Pla Mor bar in 2018.

Hire guide Pete Rich. You'll get to know the lake well, more than likely catch a fish with him, plus you don't need to rent a boat because you'll use his, unless it's multiple days.

I’ll be there for 9 days, and already rented a boat for the entire trip lol.
