Any results from the IDNR Tournament on Shelbyville this weekend. Want to head that way this weekend. Get away from turnover. Were many fish caught?

Thanks,

Mike L.

Don't know much. Have been told the team of Chris Drury and Thad Hinshaw stuck four on Sunday for the win.

Talk about a come from behind win!

5 fish (one shorty) one right after the other. Talk about wolf packs...the judge boat practically couldn't leave from their side!

Only 6 fish on Saturday but quite a few on Sunday...I didn't stay for totals to be posted.

I don't think any fish were caught above number 2 point and suprisingly very few if any from Lithia. Remember, this is a casting tourney only, no trolling.

The Lake Shelbyville Muskie Club has a 2 day event this next weekend also.
Only 12 boats so far but I expect a few more to sign up last minute. We will be out of Eagle Creek also. This is in conjuction with the IMTT.

PS. Anybody in the area LSMC is having regular club meeting tonight at Eagle Creek Resort at 7pm (I'm making a motion to forget the meeting and watch the Cubbies!)

Congrats to both Thad and Chris!!!! It couldn't have happened to two better guys. Thad is a member of our club (Central IL Musky Hunters) and guides on Evergreen and is a lot of fun to spend time with both on the water and off. I met Chris when he spoke to our club earlier in the year. He too, seems like a great guy and ties a mean bucktail.....the VooDoo Tail. Great job sticking those fish!!! I heard the total could have been higher but they lost a couple!!!!!! Great Job!!!!! TC
