Does anyone have information or advice on Plum, Palmer and Tenderfoot Lakes, in Vilas County? Going there 9-22 thru 9-26

Don't have any first hand knowledge, but general lake info and maps are available on the WI DNR web site.

Let me know how you do. I will be in the area in mid Oct.

I like Plum alot. It was hit pretty hard by the Red Rusty infestation, so the weeds are scarce. Plum is one of the best Smallmouth bass fisheries in the area, and has a great population of quality muskies, too.

palmer and tenderfoot put out good numbers of skis but rather smallish in size. Although I did have one a few years ago I thought was pushin 50. You can hit all the "good" spots in a day or two!
