Location: Moses Lake, WA | Now here's something you won't find everyday on your sporting goods shelves. This is a 12" balsa lure, through wired, with an aluminum lip and not one but two rattle chambers. The rear chamber has a 1/4" bearing impacting on 1/16" thick ss side disks. The forward chamber has three small bearings for a higher frequency sound. Makes a ton of noise when you shake it. This one is from deep down in the basement.

Location: Phoenixville, PA | That's awesome. Do you cut the lips out using a band saw? |

Location: Moses Lake, WA | That's exactly what I do, followed by a session on a belt sander to make the form a little more uniform. Not nearly as uniform as laser cut lips but you use what you have available. |
