Location: Moses Lake, WA | Every once in a while somebody escapes from the basement and runs amok in the neighborhood before the Thought Police in their little white uniforms are able to capture him. It's just possible I was tripping through the neighborhood when I made this bait. It's thru wired with a homemade lip and homemade eyes, red cedar, 10". The colors come from spraying Alclad II lacquer paints over wet epoxy while the lure is spinning on the dryer. Strictly basement from start to finish. It looks like a sucker that someone stepped on about 20 times before hooking up. I call it my Chernobyl Carp.
