I believe they are made by Elk River and they seem like pretty nice rods. The guys that use the Elk River really seem to like those. Plus they are made in the USA

If they are made by Elk River Rods you will not be upset. They make one heck of a rod!!! You might also take a look at the Custom X rods. I think they still make those for Chaos Tackle. Super nice custom rods too.

I am also looking at your TI 8' 6" XH rod.
Would you have a picture of the reel seat?

I palm the reel and like the St.Croix Legend Tournament has a fat reel set.
The St.Croix rods just don't feel good to me anymore. I did like one Elite but at $585 out the door no thanks.
