| After 10 years, finally upgraded my lowrance to an Elite 7. Wondering what would be the best chip for Oneida/Vilas waters. Is the Insight Pro any better than Navionics or would the Hot spots chip suffice? Mainly running the major lakes of Oneida/Vilas. Thanks for your experiences |

Location: Watersmeet, Michigan | Not sure what the "best" is since that's always arguable. You can see what Navionics' maps look like here:

Location: Lake Elmo, MN | I like the Lowrance Lake Insight HD chips. A bit more expensive than the "Pro" version but definitely worth it in terms of detail.
Have a place on Medicine Lake (3 Lakes Chain) and I fish those lakes all the time....would not go without the HD chips. |

| HD will not work in an Elite 7. I woule rec. the Navionics + with SonarCharts, as mentions above you can preview the mapping online at the web app, when on the web app click on the Icon on the lower left for the HD SonarChart layer |
