Hi guys, I recently purchased a humminbird 1198 for my boat, so I moved my smaller humminbird to the front and tried connecting it to my terrova. I know doing this should only give me sonar and maps, but for some reason the sonar/depth does not show up. Is there something I am doing wrong or a certain cable or adapter I need for this to work. I want to use my terrova as the transducer. Thanks for any help!

Most likely I would guess your fish finder and terrova are not on the same update. If you do not know how to update your units then google it. If you do know how to update them then give that a try. If google does not tell you how to update your trolling motor, or fish finder then either reply on here and I will tell you how to do that. When I first upgraded to a terrova I solved all my issues after getting everything on the latest version of updates.

You need adapter MKR-US2-8 to hook up a Humminbird to the US2 transducer if you don't already have it.
