Fisherman and news media not famiiar with muskies = innaccurate and inflated reporting. I don't fault the guy, probably has no experience to put his catch in perspective. I do congratulate the guy and I understand his excitement. I think we have all been there. My first was a fat little 38 and I would have sworn I just caught a state record. Explains why we fish for them -- its just plain exciting. No other fish in fresh water has the same wow factor for me.
