My grandson said that the yellow colored marks on a Muskie is "Sunny Juice" leaking to the surface.
It is a rare but harmless effect of eating too many sunnies like potato chips! I of course was not aware of that so thought it was a good conclusion.

a few years ago i got one with yellow and orange marks under each of its eyes, looked a bit like war paint
