Not what I meant.

Tell a guy in New Mexico he needs to go to Quebec.

Top ten DESTINATIONS for muskies. I haven't read the piece, so I have no idea, just asking if that's what could be meant, I've seen In Fish do that sort of piece many times.

I was contacted about 4 months ago about this list by an In-Fisherman writer. Sent him a short write up about Chautauqua Lake my business and some photos. I cannot speak for others mentioned in the top 10 article but I can say that there was no money exchanged and the whole procedure took about 5 minutes. Is neat to see a local lake on the list. It is pretty obvious the writers kept that in mind when they came up with these lakes. They spread the lakes out pretty good throughout the musky world. Lets face it every musky fishermans top 10 list would be different. No doubt Canada could have probably the top 100 lakes or more but what fun would that be. Good Luck Fishing! Todd Young

Another thought is that the list is THIS years. They have to change it up or the10 ten would be the same every year.

Magazine Cover
"Destination Top Picks - World Class Esox"
Contents Page
"10 Super Muskie Spots - Destinations for Tackle Destroyers"
Article Page
"Top Picks for Muskies"
I grabbed the magazine this week and flipped through quickly. I have not had the chance to read front to back. The two articles refrenced are two pages each with 10 locations each. There is no reason why/why not each loaction was chosen (World record potential, weight, length, or quantity). Just a weird change from the rest of the guide. Most articles typically include background, location, multiple options (Like the "Cast or troll" article explaining which each one may be best). Overall a great magazine for $5.99 but if you are looking for a "oh my god" moment inside that you are blown away by then you may be disappointed.
