Why is the Burmek B1 so heavily bashed? I caught my largest walleye (7.5Ibs) w/in the first 10 casts with the bait...

Guys, if you would have seen Steve Worral work my suspending pig you all would rush out and buy one. No joke.

I bought a cherry bomb on clearance that does not do anything. I bought a couple of top-line tackle gliders that do even less.

Yo-zuri baits? They are great. Work with the wood tick. They do work.

zach, I tried it for two years now and not even one strike. I tried trolling it, casting it, jerking it while trolling, fishing it vertically, ... In natural colors, orange color (orange crawdad), electric gold, ... nothing, nada, zip, zutch, ...

but I'm not ready to give up on it. I'll try again and again until I catch a fish on it. But it seems to me that rattling baits are no longer good over here. I got not a single strike on rattling lures this year.

has anyone tried the bauer mikie glider? They sold it here for one year and it disappeared, just like the tekneek.
