Reelwise I don't know why everyone has to jump down your back for asking if 10k is too much to spend on a boat. I sympathize with you. I don't care what your spending 10k on, 10k is a lot of money. For those of you that think 10k is pocket change maybe you should buy Reelwise and myself one of these Crestliners. Since you apparently have so much extra money to spend. Either that or you just like to make people feel like crap. Not every one in the world is financially capable of dropping 10k on a piece of entertainment.

I got the same feeling. It's almost like... you should either drop 45+ G's on a boat, or drop no more than 5 if you plan on spending around 10k because you can not afford much more.

I think the point that people were trying to make is that this is alot of boat for the money.

Nobody is arguing that you NEED to spend a ton of money, but if you don't want to spend 10 grand, then lower your standards.

*I think the point that people (myself included) were trying to make is that boats are expensive. I dont think there are many on this board who wouldnt agree that $10K is a lot of money, its more that when you're looking to buy a boat, $10K isnt that much to spend. Boats are expensive, but $10K for a new, well-equipped boat, isnt that much for this boat.
