I guess I couldn’t find the detailed breakdown could you be so kind as to state the date of the meeting notes in which you found this information regarding printing costs, shipping costs, along with a final total of the revenue generated? I found a small section regarding funds donated for a set period of time but I could have missed something.
No, I'm not about to go and read through them all again so that you don't have to do so. My suggestion = get reading. Start at the beginning, not the end - it's pretty informative, and often entertaining.
So while I don't recall the dates of the particular minutes where it's included or the exact amounts, I believe that the calendar donations grossed around $17-$18k in revenue in 2016, and around $12-$13k in 2017, a big drop and understandable for them to return to the older, more successful approach. I don't recall what the underlying costs are, nor the net amount that it has cleared as a fundraiser. But it IS a fundraiser and would end entirely if it didn't...raise...funds.
On a related note, members of non-profit organizations are entitled to know financial information. As a member, you can always ask someone there directly if you have a question about something. Heck, members who log on to the website can even see an email that will forward your question to every member of the Finance Committee.
