Location: lake x...where the hell is it? | we take what we want so we can fish like we want when we want. just like you guys in boats. we spent the money to get this stuff so we can use it when we want too. thats why i have the MUSKY MOBILE. to only take 2 rods a 10 lures is stupied to us cause we caught fish on 10 diffrent lures last season. why would we limit ourselves knowing what we know about where we fish. how many times have you been fishing and said " i wish i had brought this or that", we dont. we only caught 33 muskies between the 2 of us last season and we worked hard for everyone cause we have to wait for them to come to us. this season has been brutal, we have put one in the net from monona. this time last season we had 13-14 in the net. it is hard work sometime but its all we can do, we do it for the rush and thrill of getting 1 in the net.
and pp we do fish smarter and take 8 rods because we use live bait, either suckers or we catch bait and put it out. live bait is the whole reason the cart got started, i didnt want to have to carry the 5gal bucket full of water and bait that far so i used a kids little tike wagon and it has since evolved into what it is today. |

| The cart is awesome. I have really tried to tone down the # of lures in the boat, it get cluttered and I don't like cluttered fishing. So this year I have been bringing about 10, I fish the same water most of the summer so I have confidence in certain baits and have been having pretty good luck, so something must be working. Who knows, if I had one more bait, that might make the difference, but then its always one more. I am trying to stay as simple as I can. Throw good baits, at good spots at good times and hope someone is home and hungry. |
