My Frabill CS Muskie net is quite light and has been flawless all year. No need to deploy the handle, because when one picks up the net and pulls the handle lifting the hoop, the handle locks one handed, effortlessly and every time. Netting doesn't get all tangled up in the fish, and takes good care of their fins. Works for me.
