Not that I have ever heard. I'm not sure how it works, but I am not even sure if those lakes are in the ceded territory. Plus, like you said, none of those lakes are known to have great numbers in them. We'll find out the DNR response when they do their spring survey on Bone. Pretty tough to replace 300+ muskies over 40" on a 1700 acre in any small amount of time.
