Brother in law bought place on Lake Charloviex, Mi.. How's the muskie fishing there and the surrounding area??

Location: 15 miles east of Lake Kinkaid
There are no Muskies in Charlevoix but has world-class smallmouth. East and west traverse bay, Mullet, and many other smaller lakes also have amazing smallmouth fisheries. There are Muskies in the Antrim chain, and there are a few members of this forum who fish some/most/all of the lakes on that chain.

I went up to the Antrim chain last year. Got hit with a super cold front and fishing was tough.
very hard chain to fish but there are some big fish in there somewhere.
