I want to put a 9.9 kicker on a boat . What can I expect for pricing either tiller or remote. I would prefer remote, but either way would work.

All will depend on what kind of motor your lookn for?? Nissan and Tohatsu would be the cheapest models. Also a tiller would be a lot cheaper. Expect to pay in the neighborhood of $500 for the controls also, plus installation.

Part of it depends on your boat. If you need a static bracket to mount it add a couple hundred. Once it's all said and done, a 9.9 Pro Kicker will be close to 4,700. You have to tie your gas line in, maybe a tie bar to connect to you main motor as well. If all you need to do is mount it to your transom and run it as a tiller, you can cut a bunch off that price.
