The longest measurement from the bow to the rear most part of the boat, don't include the motor. It's better to be a little long than be short.

Don, You're in Fondy, right? Best way to measuer the cover is to take it to Custom Faberkin, and have them make the cover to fit. They made a custom one for my new Lund last year, and it fits great. About $400. They'll do it any way you want.
