What's your favorite glove to use in cold weather/water fishing? Do any of you guys use Nitrile rubber gloves as an insert glove? Let's here all of your suggestions on keeping the hands from getting abused.

I almost always use at least the latex gloves. Check out glacier gloves! fantastic stuff that worked very well for me this winter. I forgot the name but I had the neoprene ones and can't say enough good about them.
