In spring you would think you would work your presentations slow but trolling wise it is best to troll 4.5mph and up with short lines. I wonder why that goes against everything your taught about cooler water temps = slower presentations?

Our season in Ontario starts mid June not really spring some years lakes around 1000 acres can be upper 70's. That said we have been successful in June at 6 and 4 in Dec and sometimes 2.5 June or Dec the muskies will have to tell you what they want. If what you are doing isn't working after a reasonable time try somthing else and I would change speed and line lengths before lures.
