I got some 1/8" and 1/4" plex and would like to build some cranks amougst other lure building things. What tool would you suggest I use to cut it? I'd like to be able to cut rounded edges.

Jigsaw or scroll saw. Blades made specifically for cutting Plexiglass are available at Menards and the like. They have much coarser teeth than you'd think but work great. Depending on the type of material you have though, be careful cutting the 1/8", it must be supported well or can crack easily.
