Its been in the upper 70s and we just got a cold snap, and im not sure if i would fish shallow or not? Topwater? What do you think?

No,don't do it, you know all the fish go deep... I used top water this morning and got one... BTW I was being sarcastic! OH, almost forgot,don't try shallow either cause I missed one and caught one both were in next to cover. Like I said,you gotta stay deep, which produced nothing for ME today.

I suppose it depends on the lake with the screwed up WI weather we've been having my luck lately has been right inbetween 15ft-25ft. i try to find big and irregular drop offs! And look for schools of baitfish. Topwater for me hasnt produced jack. I caught a beauty on a bucktail a week ago. But my best luck has been jerk baits,crankbaits,and bulldawgs. I guess just keep workin the drops as we go into fall, and they go deep in the fall, so thats where you'll find em! GOOD LUCK!
