Check if the strainers in the well and in the transon are clear.
Then check to see if the cable is moving the valve down in the bildge. You may need two people to do this. I have had to take the valves out, take apart and clean sand and minnow debris out.

Open and close the drain a few times. Leave it open. Put a garden hose up to the drain to create some water pressue. 99% of the time you'll be able to blow the clog out. Be sure to remove any screens first.
