Hi. Has anyone ever used Bass Pros 20$ Graphite Series Muskie rod. It looks like a good rod but you never know. I am only talking about this rod. Thanks for the information!!!

I picked one of these up and they are very heavy, and they're only 6'3", but plenty strong I'm sure. Would make a great backup/cheap trolling rod.

I have one and it is a heavy duty rod to say the least.I use it for a back -up rod. fair jerkbait rod but it's just TOO heavy for my taste. Very little flex. I think your best bet is to move up the price ladder. I personally would not buy another but that's just me. It was my first rod and it didn't take me long to find another, better rod. Traded for a 6'9" St. Croix that I got from a very good friend of mine { Thanks Sponge, Ol' Buddy !!} . Keep looking,I would.
