Location: Indiana | I have been very happy with my I pilot until the last trip out, my son dropped a rod overboard and I went in after with my I pilot remote. Well the next trip out my I pilot remote had water in it and wouldn't work ( not so water proof) After 20 minutes on hold they have shipped me a new one and I'll be sending the old one back.
Other then the wait customer service was great and I asked if others were having the same problem and his response was no. Hopefully it doesn't happen to yours but you might want to check before it's out warranty. |

Location: Geneva, IL | Yes but mine was out in the rain and not in a lake. Minnkota sent me a replacement within 10 days. |

Location: Indiana | I wanted to add that I was on the phone 6/28 during my lunch break with customer service and by 5:00 6/29 I had my new remote. That is awesome. Plus I didn't have to pay for shipping. I wish other places would work that way. |
