I have seen a rig that shore fisherman use for sucker fishing that consists of a weight with a float and some sort of rotating arm above the float then a stop that allows a sucker to be suspened off the bottom and swim in a circle around the main line. Does anyone have a picture of this rig or a better description than the crude one I provided?
