Got a Grandma M9 that needs a new lip. How do I replace it? Do I pull the lip out or do I have to heat it up? Im not to sure how to get it out. Thanks.

put the bait carefully in a vise, maybe use 2 blocks of wood, use a good hacksaw and cut down each side of the lip but just the lip. use a pick and pull out the remaining. I used a piece of thick lexan and milled each side down to copy the old lip...very tough lip now.
