Muskie Fishing -> Fishing Reports and Destinations -> Shish and Pelican Report

I fished Shish Saturday morning with a medium Violent Strike spinnerbait for Muskies or whatever else hit. Lots of nice bass, two pike, and one muskie lost. Water temps are near 70.

Pelican was Saturday evening. Sue and I had LOTS of topwater action using Undertakers, Musky Busters, and a Jackpot. Sue got one, I lost one. Had a great evening!

Since Shish covers two counties, I will report all year on this thread.

Hey Steve ,were the fish relating to weeds in the bays or out on the rocks?

They were on gravel pockets on the outside edges of the weeds, and NOWHERE else on the weedlines as far as the Smallmouth, in 7 to 9 feet. The Largemouth were everywhere, literally.
