Subject: lower unit for 1985 merc 175hp blackmax

Location: New Albany, Ind.

In need of a lower unit for a 85 merc 175hp blackmax. Anyone know of any used ones or a rebiult one. Or what sizes will fit this motor off of different motors. Any help would be appreciated, live near Louisville, Ky. Thanks Ron

One place you could try (at least here in the twin cities) is Twin City outboard. I believe they will ship as well, but I would bet they have a lower unit for that motor...they seem to have everything... Granted, a long way from where you are, but it may be cheaper in the long run....
