looking to purchase a net. was looking at the stowmaster brand, usually fish out of 14' or 16' boat, so need all the space I can get. wanted to know who uses one and if they have had any problems with them. also what size hoop your using.

I got a stowmaster this year and I'm very happy w/ it. I fish out of a 14ft jon boat and could not imagine having a net that did not fold up in it. I went w/ the 36x38. It' only $20 more when you are already spending almost $200.

I used one all last fall because I was fishing out a smaller rig and it saved a lot of room in the boat. In fact, I had a guy put a 50 inch fish in the smaller of the two musky nets without a problem. Matt at Stowmaster makes a great product and stands behind them 100%, I strongly recommend the Stowmaster.

I believe this is the model I was using.
