I would like to have information about casting crankbait. Now I make my lures cedar and I would try to cast urethane or another product best suited.

I'd like to learn more too....it looks like some are going from using 16 lb urethane foam to urethane resin.

You may want to do searches for casting resin, urethane resin, etc.

I have a little experience here. I don't think you'll be able to find any plastic as light as cedar, but maybe this is what you want. You'll also need thruwire unless the bait is larger. It takes some time to figure out molds and its not cheap. Goodluck.
