Location: South Dakota | I have noticed most braid users on this site are using power pro. I don't see any mention of sufix braid. I switched from power pro to sufix this year for my bass fishing and have not looked back. I have put sufix on all my musky gear.
Have any of you guys that are using power pro tried the sufix or is there a reason you are not using the sufix? I find the sufix, easier to cast, and less likely to break due to rock and wood abrasion. Just curious what your thoughts are.
Thanks

Location: Davenport, IA | Great stuff...incredibly smooth due to 6 strands (powerpro is 3) I've been using it for bass a lot...but still have a 1200 yard spool of 80 lb tuff xp for muskies |

| I've liked it but recently a couple casts have snapped off and broke in the cast, with 20-30 feet out, no backlash or binding on the spool. Anyone else? I was throwing a less than 2 oz bait with 65lb test, and not muscling the cast, if you will......
Break looks clean and I checked the guides with a Q-tip, no "cut points" or abrasions. Just curious, could me my own operator error, beyond that, good stuff.
