Some time ago, I think one of the MF members posted a picture of a RAM mount that had been modified to hold/store a couple of fighing poles. I have not been able to find the photo. Does anyone have a photo or can someone point me to the link. i am thinking of doing the same for the bow of my boat -- seems a great idea to secure poles while on the water or moving between fishing spots.

A friend, Sunshine, will turn his RAM holder, and angle it so the rod tips will run up and lay in it, and then use the strap to secure them. Works OK. I'll see if he can post a pic.

I'm pretty sure lambeau made a modification like that to his boat.
