I have a 4-bank Dual Pro Se charger. One set of the led lights for one bank are not coming on. Is this a simple fix or something that has to be sent in? Or should I buy a new one?

Thanks,

Perhaps that battery is completely discharged? Put a manual charge on it for several hours, and then connect up the on-board and see if it works then.

When there is no battery connected the led lights flash. The particular bank that is not working has no lights at all...new battery or no battery.
