| question about where or how to store your net. Im looking at purchasing a beckman net and just wondering where to store it in the boat. I have a sea nymph fm161 16.5' side console, if I'm by myself its not a problem but with others in the boat where/how do you guys store the big nets to keep them outa the way?
any suggestions? |

| Great choice on the net by the way....Beckman's are great nets. They are big,the best place I have found to put them is laying flat in the bottom of the boat. They lay great in the bottoms of the Tuffy's. Just make sure your partner doesn't pull a bozo-no-no and put his tackle box in the middle of the net...tough to make a quick sweep in the water with 50 lbs. of tackle.

| I have a small 14' tiller and I keep my Beckman behind the tiller seat. I bought one of those net holder things on clearance from Gander Mtn. for like 4 bucks. I colapse the handle into the holder and the net sits on the rim behind the seat with the handle sticking straight up. Out of the way but accesible.
I lay it flat in the boat or truck for transport though.
