Location: Yahara River Chain | Many years ago I sent a Abu down there and when it came back the button would not pop out. So, I took it apart and placed the spring in it proper place. Then when I tried it again, it sounded like sand was inside. so I sent it back. In return (I did not know it at the time) I was given a new reel. I only realized it was a new reel when it came time to respool line. I took off the old line and found a knot holding the line to the arbor. See back then I would splice the dracron (I told you it was many years ago) line to the arbor.
Tthis might not have any bearing on what they do today. |

Location: lansing, il | dward, take the reel back to the gurnee store tell them its not working right and you want a replacement... spool your line off before you bring it in. |
