Is Shelbyville still on winter draw down ? If so has anyone been out lately?

Believe it still is on winter drawdown. If not then it's stabilized at winter pool. They may be lowering it another foot for construction/repairs, though.

Lake level is 594.16, discharge is 300cfs, seasonal rule is 594. This is as of 11:00 a.m. today.
