Subject: shad body chop baits ?

Is there a shad body style chop bait made ? I like the drop belly type gliders a lot and was just courious if there is any out there in a chop bait. The closest thing that I can think of would be plastic shad or even bull dawgs, but they both sink ? I would like to see a drop belly stye bait with the action of a suick or leo something that would float at rest ?

Joe from TrueGlide makes the Tremor. Very nice chop style bait.

Ferd - I took my Nitro body and made it out of cedar and did some other changes. It floats at rest and runs shallow. It might be a bit more of a twitch/ lipless crankbait than what you are looking for, I call it the Psycho Nitro.

It does give me an idea. Might try weighting a cedar body like a glide bait and see what I get. It does not work to use the hardwood body it is to heavy.
