Subject: scanning pictures

I need some information on how to scan a picture on muskie first. I'm going to sell my boat and want to add a picture along with the add. I have a scanner, but need some help with the process. Thanks a lot Todd

First you need to scan the pic and save it. Then attach the pic to your post. The scanner should have come with a cd rom, you will need to install that too. Windows has a plug and play feature, so it should recognize the scanner when started.

You also need to make sure the picture is the proper size, 640 X 480 is perfect. If you don't have the software to resize the photo, that's OK, we do that for any ad submitted here.
