I was wondering if anybody has tried this technique with success. I would imagine proper liter lenghts and choosing the correct crankbaits is key to avoid lure tangles.
Also I was wondering if this is legal in tournaments.

I've done this quite a bit when I row troll. I tie a normal swivel to the end of my line. I run a 5 ft leader and tie a bait to that. Then I run a 3 ft dropper with a 10 oz Baitwalker with a short 6-12" lead to the lure. I run shallor running baits of the baotwalker (shallow invaider, super shad raps or shallow rainders) and grandmas, Jakes or depth raiders of the main line. I'll post a pic if interested. I've had 2 doubles over the years, but only landed the first pair.

I'm a visual guy a pic would be great. What depths does this rig run with a 10oz sinker. Forget the pic I visualized what you are saying. Do you get alot of twists?
Thanks
