How often do you lube your reels? Is it a time thing as far as how many hours you use them? If they get wet from fishing in the rain does that make a difference? What area's of the reel do you apply the lube to? Do you take it apart completely or how do you go about applying the reel lube? Every Reel maker has it's own opinion, but lets here it from people who actually are "in the feild".

Thanks

I will lubricate when Ive been out three full days. On the Abu's there is instructions on the correct spot your suppose to oil. If my reels get rained on during the day I will wipe off dry, then use the oil minimally. Dont over lube.

Ive been using Quantum Hot Sauce Reel Oil and have had to lube up more than usual, but I usually do it if I feel the reel not spinning free or hear any squeeks.
