Does anyone know what this lure is? I bought it at a tackle shop in Detroit at LSC in 2018. The hole next to the eye had an eyelet and the lure would spin when retrieved or trolled. Haven't used it much but was curious what it's called.

Lots of mom and pop stuff out there but with that tail piece maybe it's made to be jerked like a Suick so if you retrieve it all you get is spin. So it may not work too well and thus it doesn't sell and we don't know the names of lures that don't work or sell.

I know I've seen them before, I'm thinking ACE. Similar concept of an old Heddon Prowler or today's Livid Fish.
