Looking forward to a new front for my boat. Terrova trolling motor pared with a Helix, no FFS. Any info/ advice you could provide would be appreciated. Thanks.

If that's all you're doing, this diagram should answer all your questions... If you only have one xducer, you won't need the splitter. (#4 on the diagram)

Any other information you might need can be found on the websites, and manuals can be downloaded there too. The Helix manual will be a huge help with your settings, and I keep it on my phone.

If you're not using the built-in Terrova transducer, you'll need to account for the Terrova rotating and not damage the Helix transducer cable. You can't attach the cable to the Terrova shaft like you can on an Ultrex or other scissor-style trolling motor. Several videos online showing different ways to do that.
