| good evening
I have 2 brothers coming ti wisconsin early to mid october. I would like to take them fishing on green bay. I live in wausau. My question is that time of the year would walleye or musky be better? Is fishing mostly trolling or casting at that time? thx for any info. Ok with using a guide also |

| It feels like every video I watch recently is of guides on the BOGB with multiple musky days... I'm debating taking my 17 foot tuffy up there and giving it a shot, I just don't have any clue where to start. I'd say if you're posting here, follow your heart and try to get on some muskies. Best of luck! |

| When I fish up there in October, I always take both musky and walleye trolling gear. Fish muskies during the day and since night comes early, then I'll move and drop in for a night time walleye troll. It's a fun way to fish.
Musky fishing has be about 85%+ trolling that time of the year.
