So have anyone tried this one, casting weight 3-8 oz, how does it compare action wise to the Sling Blade?

Not even close. The tip of these rods are super soft. Good back bone but a bass tip. Just looked at new lt down sizer rods. New muskie line up. They had a 7'11" m twitch rod and a 8'6" and 9' ml they call it rod. Little lighter in tip the the standard mh but more then the bass series.

Thanks for the input, found a video on YouTube, and yes the tip section does look super soft, was considering it for small buck-tails, spinnerbaits and creature baits fishing, will most likely give it a shot someday
