I have seen some really interesting/awesome paint schemes that use a holographic like underlay. I have started painting lures and would really like to figure out what type of material is used to get this effect and try to whip up a few of my own. I figured if anyone could help it would be you guys!

A variety of holographic tapes are available from Identi-Tape. The holographic film bonded to cloth can be found on Esty if you do a seach keying in "holographic fabric" or "holographic film."
