| I just booked a trip to Zastrow's Lynx Lake Lodge from September 14-19. I'm looking to fish smaller area lakes like Wildcat, Ballard, High and etc. What types of presentations work best at that point in the year? Are bright or natural colors better for those lakes? Looking for advice from those wiser than me. Feel free to pm me if you'd like. Thanks!

Location: Seymour, WI | Ballard is a reletively easy musky lake to fish. You can do well out there using small bucktails, spinner baits, small cranks and jerk baits in the cabbage weeds. Sept is always prime time for top water time so don't forget to try that either. |

| Thanks for the tips. I'm grateful for all the help I can get going to a new area. The topwater bite being good will work well for me. I'm a fan of throwing fat bastards and dr.evils.
