What is the formula to know how much weight to add to get a cowgirl etc to a desired depth while trolling? Thanks.

Location: On the water
Trolling Cowgirls, 3 foot leader, 12 oz. ball, 3.5 mph, 1 to 5 ratio.
1 foot down for 5 foot back. 5/25-10/50-15/75-20/100.
